We used Prime Time for a ride from Oxnard CA to LAX on 11/23/25 to catch a 7AM flight to the east coast. I felt the price was reasonable after previous rides with other carriers. Our driver notified us ahead of his arrival, called us when he arrived, was courteous and professional, helped us with our bags (loading and unloading) and was an excellent driver - getting us to LAX ahead of the expected time. Simon picked up my parents in law. Given their advanced age they struggled getting to the pickup area - taking over an hour to get to the curb. Their phone ran out of battery leaving them on their own in an overwhelming environment. Simon patiently waited way beyond the expected wait time, proactively helped them to get to the van and in the end got them home safely. A big thank you to Simon for his kindness.
